Darn I lost that one…
Hi there,
Do you plan to sell this horse. I’m interested…
If you’ll sell this please buzz me a message. I am interested just love its color and its look.Yeah right, I don’t there are really cheats for horses but a strategy would be consider but if they will use this one as tragedy I wont count on if they will have to agree or not.
I just backed Stevie Strick.
What’s the best backed for the next game?
As Alan suggested earlier, these bets would most likely have been placed with bookies in South Asia, where bookmaking is illegal. I haven’t come across any such betting opportunities with bookies in the UK and I would imagine they aren’t allowed to offer them, given that the time and number of no-balls, like throw-ins in football, can be so easily manipulated.
It is a good question, why are the police investigating the potential defrauding of bookmakers who are based overseas and are themselves outside the law? I don’t know, but to the extent that it is adding extra heat to the issue, I am glad they are. Hopefully there will be tough action taken this time.
I strongly disagree about these police officers who are doing their investigation on bookmakers, well, unless bookmakers are doing things that are illegal and of course against law then I will support the post above me.
Just be sure accident is avoided….
Good luck mate!!!
Maybe there should be two marks given to each horse: a handicap mark and a mark out of ten representing the handicapper’s confidence in that mark.
Low grade handicaps could then use the second mark as the sole criterion for balloting. If the number of such handicaps was pruned this would leave them as the preserve of old family pets and always trying seasoned handicappers. Keep getting balotted? There are maidens, sellers and claimers for you to run in until the handicapper is confident he has your mark.
This would help stem the tide of unfair competition for honest campaigners and maybe even make betting in such heats a worthwhile proposition for the general public again.
A radical, but eminently sensible, suggestion.
Unfortunately, one of Smith’s remarks in that blog is very revealing and shows why it will never be adopted:
"…I hope he will be available in my office on a Monday to take the complaining phone calls."
It appears you should measure the success or otherwise of an initiative by how easy it makes your life as a result.
hAHA,
and how’s he gonna do that thing?I’m fairly sure St Nick will get ‘injured’ about a week before the race, possibly he’ll scope dirty or so and go to the Dante instead.
The next best thing for Ballydoyle after winning the Guineas with St Nick is him being injured and never having had to be tested over the trip again, thus preserving his reputation and making it look like Ballydoyle’s gutted that he misses the Guineas.
Damn, made the right prediction about the wrong Classic.
Lets bet on that, I think he will…..but Im hoping he’s not…..

You can measure success also if you have the skills in doing it. A sensible suggestion is really awesome. As always, we need to have the initiative in every one’s life.
How sad, no one from Australia entered. Horses from Australia are amazing also and even the racers. Is there a possibility that they can join this derby?
I am not sure if it would really have to be out of job result for those BHA Handicappers. It’s is my first time here, a newbie. I am actually active in Horse Racing from Australia. Just wanna be active in every places also…

Thanks to all.
