January 19, 2022 at 06:53 in reply to: Why Lingfield this Friday and Sunday is a Godsend for the Jumps season…. #1578693Clive and Ian, I agree with your comments about pundits’ “could this be a Cheltenham horse’ but Have to remind you of the Booby Prize to the first person who says “this could be an Ascot two-year-old”.
Just my attempt at ‘levelling-up’.
It would be worth it just to make the BBC “employees” just a little less smug and remind them that it might not be a ‘job for life’.
Ginge, I now have two reasons to remember 1966, your birth has been less painful than the other.
Can’t believe the amount of attention this has attracted. BBC had reports from Oz and Serbia on yesterday morning. Do people care that much.
Tank is just resting in his account.

Bachelor’s Hall, may I also take the opportunity to wish you all the best over the festive season. The amount of work you put into this thread is astonishing! It would take me a week to just type out one of your posts that along with the research you must put in forces me to ask when do you manage to sleep.
Great work, Sir.
Doesn’t Gary Moore always have a good pre-Christmas campaign? Seem to remember it as being his method of giving his staff an excellent Christmas……………..Of course, I may have dreamt all that?!?!
Isn’t it strange that the majority of “essential workers” mentioned are in poorly paid jobs?
