I thought a mark of 92 was cutting it fine for both
Tax Free
and
Victoire de Lyphar
to get in to the Stewards Cup,I dont know how one without the other got in but it gives me a chance to back both horses in seperate races now so no complaints,It was a tough call seperating them either way but the young horse still has time on his side to show just what a good animal he has the ability to be.I’m on at 16’s on the machine and have taken the 12/1 with BetFred today!
Victoire de Lyphar
£200 e/w 12/1 BetFred Stewards Cup.
Do you think Victorie De Lyphar has been plotted for this

Although we’ve all probably seen problem racing gamblers the machines seem to create a different and more all-encompassing type of compulsion.
Agreed Cormack,
I’ve been a sucker myself whilst waiting between "races" I’ve threw £1.60 in and put it on the horses number that I’ve had a bet on using the roulette.
Hated myself for it, feel like the bookmakers don’t do enough to protect people but they are quick enough to ban winning accounts online they should be quick enough to stop losing players going into melt down.
All about profit for them and they’ve ignored social responsbility, oh unless you consider a sign on the wall and a leaflet "getting" through to addicted players.
Ta. Await your response Bruce.
Pardon? what am I supposed to be replying too?
I am firmly in the camp of Frankel in fact I was told about how good he was during April of 2010 and in fact I still have the 16/1 about the Derby I backed him for after his Maiden win somewhere.
The greatest horse I’ve ever witnessed.
Well said Peruvian Chief,
His win today was quite special as it confirms that Maiden run over 8f as the best form line in International racing and gives him the nod over ever middle distance horse in the world.
It’s just a matter of "when" will Sir Henry confirm this horse is just more than a miler by running him over 10 furlongs. Many of us hope Henry could be a little more adventurous with the horse in a sense that if he was tried at 1M4F but failed to maintain his 100% record no one would ever dare to think any less of Frankel for he has given the sport much more than any million thrown in the direction of Racing For Change.
Bruce – you are dealing with a LEGEND on this thread mate. Years of huge profits and big priced winners. If you are even half as good as him in the long run I will be amazed. One thing I will say though – you more than match his arrogance!

Would be interesting to see an official transcript of his record rather than Chinese whispers.
Bruce dear boy my record speaks for itself, you have probably only been reading my recent posts but if you delve into my past 4 years there’s been a fair few consistent big priced winners even as recently as this years Cheltenham festival, you are still new on here and could well be just a flash in the pan, time will tell but seeing how I’m still getting E-mails suggesting I’m having a laugh in that you are actually me in disguise then I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt. If I wasn’t a little pre-occupied at the moment I would suggest we have a ‘Head to Head’ challenge that includes what I do best in picking long range Ante-Post wagers, you’ll see a different me in battle Soldier!
Here’s 2 of my Cheltenham bankers,Darlan
, 2013 Champion hurdle winner still available at 16/1 and
First Lieutenant
also 16/1 for the 2013 Gold Cup! Whats going to beat them Bruce? Or cant you think that far ahead!

I would gladly take you on any day of the week
TAPK
, I am yet to be convinced that you’re the second coming of Pricewise with rumors of your forum name on course circulating months ago I’ve come on here to silence the hysteria.
At present you’re going through a rough patch with regards to your tipping but you have built quite a strong guard of people who will protect you till the cows come home. I have experienced one of your men
GDC
trying to upset the apple cart in my thread alongside the silent one
Superman
whose taken a few sly digs but I have shown my resistance and class with an arrer that shot down £169 @ 14/1 that buys me time and weakens your army, there’s only so many of those your boys can take before things come toppling down.
I know how it feels to be on the end of a bad run knowing that you’re so much better than the results suggest which is why, as a lone raider on this platform I will spare you pressure to perform and maybe one day the king will be de-throned as those who once followed you will now run for me under my reign.
That being said I respect your going through a difficult time at this moment and hope you don’t take my confidence the wrong way, I’m just bringing a bit of pantomime to lighten things up so when ever you feel ready to meet your match then I’ll be waiting.
Dont give up BDS, try again to redeem your outlandish claims
don’t change your arrers but maybe sharpen them a tadWhen you put as much effort into producing quality posts and sitting up all night working on ratings as I do then you can start talking but stop coming on here with your one liners and trying wind me up.
I am the best there is, the best there was and the best there ever will be.
Horse Racing needs to distance itself with it’s association with the bookmakers, if they want to run mini casino’s in our name then it’s time we run on our own two feet with the Tote.
When I say distance ourselves I mean stripping anything remotely related to Horse Racing from the shops and create our own shops very much like the betting Cafe’s that are around now!
There’s so much potential to leave the highstreet bookmaking industry behind in the 19th century, we could re-invent Horse Racing, creating a new trendy image that makes placing a bet feel like buying a good quality garment.
I have a vision, if Bookmakers want to run casino’s they can compete with multi bingo and Fruit Machine complex’s like Morley’s, Gala etc but they wouldn’t last long.
We could flourish in 20-30 years, I believe that it’s possible and I will do everything to get into a position where I can change Horse Racing for the better.
August 1, 2012 at 14:57 in reply to: Possibly the most stupid comment made by the Racing Post #408567I think the stats are automated, would cost too much to have someone study stats all day then write them up.
This looks an anomaly, it happens.
I prefer Tanya’s colour matched outfit today, she looks really nice in it, as opposed to Emma’s.
Tanya looks really nice, I agree.
August 1, 2012 at 14:32 in reply to: "It’s like turning up to watch Michael Jordan over hurdles" #408561How about the comments regarding Frankel doesn’t stand out in the paddock!
I’m struggling to watch today’s coverage.
I too found this comment rather insulting and hope TRF does not endorse this sort of behavior from its members.
I wrote about this a few months ago

This will be an interesting watch, thank you Nathan.

Our boy Masamah has landed himself in close proximity to Stone Of Folca which is going to be eye watering for you TAPK if they take each other on.
