Did you see Channel 4 try and claim rights to informing the public of Makfi, Channel 4 tried to say they tipped it up.
This is most cringeworthy moment ive ever seen on Channel 4 racing, since when does reading market movers become a professional tipping service.
Could not agree more this adulation of the email femail is ridiculous she mentioned the price had halved in price yesterday she did not tip it.

That said – not her fault she’s misinterpreted and she does have a habit of picking them out, shrewd judge IMO
I should say I didn’t see it, so I accept I may be wrong but Tanya has never struck me as a person who would take credit for something in these circumstances.
In fact, I think quite the opposite – she is shrewd/good enough not too.

I agree. Along with TAPK she tipped Art Connoissiour for the golden jubilee last year.
They’re getting worse if that’s possible. Some of the comments after the race were pathetic. Makfi won well i thought, i was put off investing more when i read more of his previous history. On what he’d done and breeding i thought it was a good fun bet to see if quicker ground would suit. I think the jockey summed it up Good horses go on any ground. Nice one. i might invest some profit at Ascot price an issue of course keep knocking the form.
Sickening stuff, to show a re-run of her mentioning a market move on Betfair is laughable, maybe the move had something to do with the misprint of Corals offering 50’s when it should have been 33’s.
Rob Wright in the Times only discussed two horses – SNA and Makfi. He gave the latter a serious rap but rather unoriginally plumped for the fav (although describing Makfi as ‘the each-way value’). Unusual decision as he is very price orientated and I should think he’s kicking himself.
