Bit of a bunched finish, bar Cherry Baker who had a length on the
field. Star material and Evie Ross were about 2L behind the group
from 2nd. In particular Evie Ross Finished well and should be noted
condsidering his poor draw and that this was his first race for 250
days. Sorry he couldn’t get a place, 8th but not that far behind the
horse finishing 4th. In the notebook :good:

It’s unusual to dsee a Clive Cox go off at 33/3 (just missed the 40’s)
    in a sprint. He’s got a bad draw but I think 33/1 4 places with Bet365
    is worth a shot

    3.40 Chester Evie Ross 33/1 4 places.

Star Marerial has a good shout from a good draw at 14/1. I might take
a bit of cover with him.

Benveuto Cellini looked a bit special. Del Maro seemed happy enough to
be last for nearly all the race. Made a bit of ground but only finished 4th.
That was a strange run from Del Maro, almost like he just wanted to get a run
into the horse. I would have thought the Stewards might have raised an eye

Del Maro runs in the 3.0510 minutea ago but the guy arrived with the messages. Bet 365 are offering 13/2 which is the best
of the bookies offer. However, when you go on Bet365 they are offering
a special on Del Maro at 15/2. That makes it a worthy bet at that price.
I reckon he will go off about 5/1.

I started writing this about 10 minutes ago but the guy arrived with
    my shopping messages

I know Darren hasn’t been on to share the news, but I think
    it’s well worth sharing.

He not only had the winner of the Turkish Open in the European
tour, M Lindberg at 55/1 he also had the winner on the US tour,
the Cadillac Championship, C Young at 14/1.

That’s amazing having both the winners of the European Tour
but also the winner of the US PGA Tour over the same weekend.
That’s an incredible double. Great stuff Darren :yahoo:

squeezing you up a bit on that third podium, just give me
a nudge in the ribs :good:

Please don’t worry about it Raymo and Tracy, I was more concerned about
raising it in case it caused a fuss after a tremendous competition. .
I know from experience your head is birling by the last day so don’t think
about it at all.The main thing is that you two are superb at running these
competitions, all I had to do was sit on my derriere and enjoy the racing.
    Thanks so much again :good:

double, you’re overdue it after so many near
things. I’m absolutely delighted for you mate :yahoo:

Oh shoot, I wish I had done this earlier. I counted up my final day’s
score and I’ve been wrong before but I think it came to 50, not 42.
Perhaps you could give it a 2nd look.

    2.20 Cathedral 2nd 9/2 ….. 8 points
    2.50 Align The Stars 2nd 13/2…. 8 points
    4.10 Efsixteen 1st 11/4 *nap*…. 28 points
    5.20 Sahara King 2nd 9/4…. 6 points

    Total 50 points.

Sorry if this upsets the applecart a bit :rose:

Terrific Competition and what a last day score to win Andre
    Congratulations :yahoo:

I thought you had it Raymo, so close but a great 2nd place :good:

Tonge you had a scorcher too which rocketed you up onto the
    podium, very well deserved :good:

Raymo and Tracy, superb competition kept right up to date.
Super fast with the updates and results. Third right up to
the last 2 races was better than I expected. Mant thanks :good:

I was doing ok, holding 3rd down but 1 place in the
last 2 will have me down the field but it was a great
competition and I made a fair bit of cash over the 3
    days :good:

Well Efsixteen did me proud, winning at 11/4 napped,
and Jac was on too. Andre hits the leader spot with
some great pics. Come on the Meydaners :yahoo:

Yes, most important thing is Dave gets over this setback and starts to
improve again. We are all rooting for him Jac

Haven’t had a winner yet, two places is not that impressive but my nap
Efsixteen is just about to run (4.10) fingers crossed :good:
