I have backed 3 horses EW with bet 365 who are paying 5 places and one on the exchanges who hasn’t been quoted for by the bookmakers yet.
VICENTE @ 33/1 EW Currently off a mark of 150. Hopfully PN will be able to drop his mark to around 148 before the weights are announced. If that’s the case he will have a lovely racing weight around 10.7 stone. Won the Scottish National off 146. He stays well I think he’s a big player.
HENRY PARRY MORGAN @ 66/1 EW. MASSIVE PRICE. Jumping is a worry but has been travelling reasonably well in his races. He will be targeted for the race. Bowen should protect his mark and go over hurdles next time out to give him a confidence booster. Stays and is not ground dependant. Will also be running around 10.7 stone
Sausalito Sunrise 50/1 ew bet 365
Ran a massive race off 159 in the bet 365 off top weight. Dropped 4 pounds to 155. Should be Phil Hobbs national horse as they sadly lost ONIV. A further few pounds could have him pitching up under 11 stone. Horse has some class and will run a big race. I think dickie Johnson has a could chance to win his first national.MORE OF THAT- 70/1 on betfair exchanges. I loved his run in the Lexus. The cheek pieces worked wonders and it was a massive step in the right direction and will hopfully come on from the run. I think JONJO has got to aim this horse at the national as he would fall short in this years gold cup. A mark of 153 is a piss take and connections have got to exploit it in a handicap. Looking at his hurdles form he smashed Rule the World (last years winner) in the world hurdle. If Many clouds runs he will also be under 11 stone. Waiting for book makers quotes and then I will pounce.
Good luck all.
IVE DONE ALL THESE HORSES IN A MIXTURE OF ANTE POST LUCKY 15s. Some good bets still alive. A few bets have lost a runner already which is expected.

12:50 RACING PULSE 16/1
13:25 WHISPER 7/2
2:00 VANITUEX 12/1
15:10 LAMI SERGE 7/2I fancy YORK HILL and have backed him at 8s and still nibbling and 5s.
This horse has speed and an engine. His jumping was a worry first time out but I think he will be better going left handed.
5s is still value when you compare ALTIOR 5/4’for the ARKLE. Surely they won’t run him up against Altor or min in the ARKLE.
Just taken a chance on Might Bite at 14s. Just watched the race again, he was very impressive and looks like he has developed into a monster. Hope he recovers after his from the nasty fall. I dont know what planet DJ was on should of popped him over.
14s is a fair price
I love the way Bellshill has been campaigned so far. Mullins is building him up to fences nicely and will hopefully step him up in trip next run. Im all over him for the RSA and York Hill for the JLT.
I Have also backed ADO at 12s but i’ve accepted that bet is down the toilet now. He may not even run after todays problems and performance
MARKET RASEN
13:45 MAKE A FORTUNE 9/1
14:20 GODSMEJUDGE 7/1
15:30 OUR THOMAS 7/2
WINCANTON
15:25 PADDY FEILDS 9/1KEMPTON
13:30 REMILUC 10/1
14:05 FRODON 4/1
14:40 YANWORTH 6/4
15:45 MOSACTO 10/1Looking at the weather forecast, It doesnt look like it will be soft ground at race time. I have backed 3 who all love soft ground.
I am thinking of laying all 3 to reduce the damage. Will have a bet when the final decs are confirmed.
I have had a fair bet on Unioniste 20/1 ew. I think this has been the plan since they know he doesn’t take to national fences.
His recent form has been terrible, however,i am willing to ignore both runs. PN needed to get his mark down for his race and he has done a fantastic job coming into the race at 145. Rocky Creek suddenly bounced back to form after two runs and i am hoping this is the same case for Unioniste.
His last winning mark was 149 which he won by 10 lengths. He has some good old form behind Conygree & Many Clouds and he also loves soft grounds.
I have have also backed Vyta Du Roc & Shotgun Paddy EW at 20’s
Good Luck All
BANGOR
12:35 LAST SHOT 7/1
1:15 NAIL M 8/1
14:40 BEN THE BOYO 8/1
15:10 KELSEY 13/2We will see come march. I think they run off level weights in the mare hurdle
I think UDS will get the trip ok, the main concern will be the ground if it quick. He is the class horse in the race for me and I don’t think I will race in CC
Apple Jade will be tough to beat as she has scope to improve. But I fancy VVM to reverse the placings next time they meet off level weights and having a run under her belt. I felt ruby gave her to much to do last race and won’t make the same mistake. 5/2 is a fair price
Why wouldn’t it be a legit bet? Ante post betting is always a risk. I don’t think it’s a bad bet, If one hits its double odds and will get some stake back. If two hit will be reasonable profit.
I have always done ok backing Mullins horses ante post in L15, I never bet singles ante post for the festival.
It’s likely some will miss there targets but I would rather back Yorkhill now at 5/1 because it likely if he takes to fences this weekend he will be cut to about 2/1 and Will be odds on on the day. You have got to assume the only way he doesn’t run in the JLT is if min is get injured. But like you said you never know with Mullins, but you have to admire him because when he does divert a horse it normally wins. He’s the master of placing horses
Ive done a £150 ANTEPOST L15
JLT- YORKHILL- 5/1 (NAP of the festival)
RYANAIR- UDS 8/1
MARES HURDLE- VVM 5/2
RSA- Bellshill 8/1CARLISLE
13:35 CYCLOP 9/1
14:10 MILBOROUGH 12/1
PUNCHESTOWN
14:35 GANGSTER 6/1
14:00 BLACK HURCULES 4/1I’ve had a fair bet on SIZING Coldeco ante post. He will improve for the step in trip and runs off a lovely racing weight. Stable are flying, I’m expecting a different horse to turn up today.
Also had a dabble on and ASO and BOUVERIUL. Good luck all
