Here we go then !! HOT FUSS naps the first winner for a 34 points haul . Winner also tipped by Greenasgrass Silent Assassins and Gladiateur
Particular well done to Gladiateur who is taking part in his first York Comp
Nice winner for Andre (Euroalien) Nathan and Galdiateur
And that means Glad has had two out of three winners so far and tops the leader board with 44pts
Not bad at all for a first effortAndre (Euroalien) naps the winner Santorini Star for 28 pts
and takes the lead with 61pts The winner also tipped by Hot Fuss and Greenasgrass and a special mention for Eddy who tipped the second for 18pts to get off the mark for the day which only leaves one person yet to score today 
Everybody has points on the day now well done to Andre who had the winner and the fourth as did Greenasgrass.
As you may have gathered Mrsraymo had the winner too (and she actually backed the 1-2-3 )Andre (Euroalien) leads provisionally with 91pts with one race to go on the day

It always amazes me how we seem to get pretty much every winner tipped even though they are sometimes huge prices, so well done to everyone that tipped a winner today
It is only Day 1 so don’t get too disheartened as a big score is always out there. Nathan scored over a hundred on the last day last year just to show you all it is infinitely doable
Three days to go which gives me ample time to catch Mrsraymo in the cake race
As always any problems with the scores let me know and I will have a look for you
Well done to Euroalien with an amazing top score for Day 1!
Also congratulations to Greenasgrass for coming in second with some consistent scores throughout the day!
And finally a big pat on the back to Refuse to Bend and to Triptych for giving an almighty push at the end of the day to increase their scores so much as to end up coming joint third!
