"The ECJ stated that it is the right of the EU Member State to prohibit offering of gambling services licensed in another Member State whether the provider actively markets in its jurisdiction or not."
The Dutch ruling obviously has links to the previous cases relating to France and Portugal. Does it offer anything new in the way of a viable angle for a BHA political campaign? Should those businesses operating from the likes of Malta, for example, be worried?
