Really couldn’t believe what I was hearing this afternoon.
He just seemed to dig himself in deeper as he went on.
Seems he likes a bit of "headbutting" himself.

If we haven’t seen the footage you’re gonna have to help us out a bit mate.
Mr Carson, when discussing PC O’Neills misdemeanours, blithely admitted to regularly headbutting his own horses and seemed to find all the fuss a little strange.
He also justified headbutting of horses on the grounds that a) he was small and b) it’s ok, because it’s just bone and it doesn’t hurt.
It took me a while to pick my chin up from off the floor.

The funniest bit was at then the end when he stated the PC O’Neill was wrong – double standards methinks?

i know he was wrong but he barley touched the animal, let’s not make it something it’s not, he didn’t shoot it. i bet worse happens that we never see
and he is only about 4 stone, you’d have to shoot him out of a cannon at the horse to hurt it, hee hee hee
