    Hi all

I can’t find anything similar to this on the forums, but I’ve wasted many hours of my life recently having to unlock my William Hill account via their on-line chat bot (useless!) then always a different chat-person.

Every few days my WH account gets locked, so even if I’m still logged in, I can’t place a bet so I have to go through their on-line nightmare. The number of times I’ve told them that:
    a) I’m always getting locked out despite never accessing my account except to bet deliberately (e.g. I’m not connected via oddschecker and have disconnected my WH phone app) (I’ve also cleared my cache innumerable times)
    b) I can’t use their auto-recovery login because I never receive an email (despite regularly getting emails from WH PR people)
    c) I’m ****** off and want to talk directly to a human
    is legion.

    Anybody any useful tips?

Oscar I have experienced the exact same problem with Williamhill! My account being locked for seemingly no reason, they tell me to follow a certain process to get my password reset and when I do this the new password doesn’t even work.

I’ve given up with it, not wasting any more of my time with those muppets!

This happens to me all the time. It will say I’m logged in but when I try to place a bet it says I have to log in. Which I can’t because I already am logged in. Sometimes I reboot my iPad and I’m then logged in again but that doesn’t always work. I can’t see any pattern as to why I’m suddenly logged out. What I do is go onto oddschecker and place the bet through them ( I’ve usually got oddschecker on another screen anyway looking for steamers).I might just email whoever’s in the studio one day and query it.

It probably all made sense on the software design sheets they sent to Bangalore.

But as I’m sure we’ve all experienced, what it says on the menu is number 42, isn’t always what emerges from the kitchen.
