The USA markets on Betfair present a multitude of problems. The markets are up late and concern only one or two horses. This gives little time to study the form, and the USA form is an even deeper jungle than the UK! So will post selections when I can. Next day will be SAT..

Mal, well done with your lays you certainly seem to have the eye for it.

May I ask a question?

As I understand it using Betfair (or any other overseas gaming site) is illegal in the US under some Federal Wire Transfer Legislation. However, would it not be the case that by using a third party, say here in the UK, either you or the third party maybe open to prosecution under some form of Conspiracy Legislation to break Federal Law?

Wouldn’t want to see you doing 25 to Life (with no parole) at Rikers…..

Thanks Pompete your comments. You be correct about the USA law. What it does is stop the banks from handling any money going to offshore gambling. To the punter there is no sanction. Thats the whole reason I,m putting my selections up here. I need a partner for Betfair, so I am showing my paces as it were!

Thanks Pompete, thats a useful website you,ve pointed out, will keep an eye on that. The USA laws on internet gambling, I can,t see them changing, Congress is way too busy on other stuff. The LAYs I give on my other thread are going great, thats 20 pts profit just the last three days. Over the last 100 LAYs its over 50 pts profit. Just posting on here has improved my skills even more, ( the fear of being laughed at I suppose!). Its at the point now, it would pay me to make a trip back to UK just to activate my Betfair account. In the meantime folks I,m still avaliable for a profitable partnership, which I would keep going even after making a trip back. The money will come from the Betfair markets and not you,re pocket!
