Good stuff with Woodland Raymo, he’s still keeping his nose just in front. It was
Gary Player that said “the more I practice the luckier I get”, so I think if he’s been
lucky then that’s where his luck came from. Best of luck tonight, you have to have a
    great shout :good:

Unfortunately Raymo, I don’t have cupcake to shout on, I took him in the 3rd round leader
market when I came in last night. On reflection this morning it maybe was a bit fanciful,
but that’s maybe because the effects of the Cobra have worn off
Molinari will need to have a flying start, and that’s just to get into the place money,
so I might have another stab in running tonight, but I’ll post it up if I do.

Good luck tonight Raymo, and anyone who is still in the hunt :good:

Okay, last throw of the dice for me. In all likelihood it’s Woodland or Rose
that will fight it out, but their prices reflect their chance and I’m not about
to stick on enough cash to make 2/1 attractive. Koepka is definitely a threat
with 4 shots to make up, but with only 1 shot between him and McIlroy and with
Koepka a 5/1 shot whilst MCIlroy is 11/1 then McIlroy gets my vote. Those 2 are
probably the only players who are realistically capable of hitting a ridiculously
low round, which is what is needed.

That’s me done, best of luck and hopefully someone in here with leave with a
    fistful of dollars :good:

Would be much more interesting if rose and woodland dropped a couple early

But dont see both of them doing that

Rose will probably win as hes the only player none of us backed hahaha

I see my two place chances Scott and xander are playing together

Hopefully one of them can shoot in the 60s and get me my money back

As koepka winning doesnt look too likely, I think at 5/1 hes a shocking price from so far back

Woodland is playing great though so far

Be interesting to see how he copes on the back nine under the highest pressure he will ever have felt

Certainly no signs of nerves so far

    What a finish from woodland

That chip on 17 and putt on 18 were sensational

    Well done raymo

I’m happy with Scott and schauffele placing

They really need to do something about these idiots in the crowd shouting, I’m convinced they put woodland off on the 17th tee

It’s a disgrace and happens every single week on the pga tour

Woo-Hoo :yahoo: A cracking 75/1 winner Raymo, very well played sir :good:
The way he played the last 2 holes, particularly the 17th when under huge pressure
    was just class :good:

Well done to all that had their picks in the places, and there were quite
a few. I agree with you FF91, the American crowds are complete idiots at times,
and I cringe every time I hear some moron shout “in the hole” when someone is
driving off at a par 5. They haven’t got a clue.

Well it won’t be long until it’s time for the real Open, and we can go through
all the pain and hand wringing again, but as long as someone, or maybe a few,
shares the spoils it will be all worth it. Cream cakes on Raymo today :good:

Sorry I didn’t post late last night guys but I was a bit distracted and absolutely knackered!! :good: :good:

Well done with the places guys I think we did pretty darned good again :good:

My five finished first third ninth sixteenth and twenty first so got to be sooooo happy with that :good:

Shame about Stenson finishing ninth but that is just greed  at least I got him placed in top European :good:

Graham I spent most of the late/early hours either behind the couch or pacing up and down the lounge  but it was worth it :good:

I think we had ELEVEN of the top twenty between us so that is some doing :good:

Thanks for the support graham and onwards to the proper Open now :good:
