Ah, I didn’t read the rules. That might explain it.

Am I sine die or can I change Q10 to false.

If it was me you owe a pie and chips to then I’d have Meat n’ Tater. However my horse would never get pass Ginger’s

You've got to accentuate the positive.
    Eliminate the negative.
    Latch on to the affirmative.
Don't mess with mister in between.

I’m simply not having it than Nathan ever picked a horse that beat GT’s selection in a match bet.

    Never happened.

Well they should have Ian, I’ve always been hot on the small
print. Maybe that P?wehi normally supressed by my hat is now
expanding at an exponential rate. Just watch you don’t get
    sucked in there with me.

GT had inside info and that tiebreaker isn’t a true or false.

    But not to worry.

Cracking set of ten, Nathan, I hope everyone enjoyed them as much as I did.

Yes and a great thread overall Ian.

If I ever win one I’ve got some great ideas for the false ones, just need to come up with something that’s true now :mail:

Q3 I use to clean Former Somerset and England cricketer Andy Caddicks windows TRUE

My first week in my first job we rocked up to Andy’s house.. He moved 3 months later and wanted the same price on his new house which was twice the size. The boss said no

    The boss being George Formby

Q6 I sat next to Amanda Barrie on T20 cricket finals day at the Oval in 2006 TRUE

But only for a while. She was sat a couple of rows in front of us so I jumped into the seat next to her in between the two semi finals.

Some tough guy probably her body guard had other ideas, I bet.

Q7 I played a game of football semi professional level where we won 9-0 and I was the only starter not to score a goal TRUE

Although this week whilst reminiscing with a friend he said it was 10-0 as someone had scored twice but either way I was the only outfield player not to score.. :rose:

I think I heard about this, was you trying to pull a bird and your teammates not pass to you to show you up.

Q8 David Pipe was in my local bookies once and tipped me a winner FALSE

David was there, taking a break from the nearby hospital where his wife/gf was in the maternity ward. His horse lost but no tips were exchanged

You should know that Trainers and Jockeys are lousy tippers. As well as any TV tippers.

Q10 Gingertipster owes me Pie and chips after I chose a horse to finish ahead of his FALSE

Ginger owes me fish and chips..

Seeing as Ginger would have backed everything in the race, then you’ve little chance of beating his horse.

Sorry to muddy them even further Nathan, but…
Is this question in the tradition of football commentators?
ie If the 400 metres was not run at your school for another 20 years after your record breaking performance… does that count as 20 years or just 1 ?
