Sooo close well done EP1987 for getting there at last a well deserved win. :yahoo:

Ginge you almost made it but as they say ‘This time next year’ etc… and your tipping Thread is certainly numero uno on the Forum. :good:

Could have easily been Goodfellow or Mike007 or any who managed to score over 800 points such a close competition I think Sir Gino spoilt a lot of our chances and of course CH (enough said)

Also congrats to Buckers for winning the Bonus Race. :good:

Many thanks to Bobby for all the hard work he puts into this and all who put up prize money making this a very exciting and difficult to win competition it really went down to the wire this year :good:
Enjoy a well earned rest Bobby see you next year. :rose: I”m looking forward to ‘the damned flat season’ as much as ITS isn’t.😅🤪

Lastly all thoughts with my dear friend BigG who loves this competition so much. Wish you well Graham whatever is ailing you come back soon. Jac

Cheers guys and once again thanks to Bobby as well as everyone who contributed to the prize pool. Was a bit of a strange season with a lot of us having the same group of horses plus or minus a couple and I just happened to have the right combination. I think 2025/26 should see more diversity and will come down to which of the ‘old guard’ have one more year left and whoever can find the horses that step up out of novice company to become the new stars.

Very well done to all the prizewinners; some amazing scores again this year.

Looking further down the list, I’d second VtC’s comments that TakeYourTime had a fantastic set of less conventional choices, and I enjoyed watching their considerable success. There is just so much strength in depth in this competition.

Thanks once again for all your efforts VtC.

Late to the party but well done to EP, Ginge and Goodfellow on your podium finishes. Very healthy scoring.

Thanks as ever to VtC for running the competition, my favourite even if I always scrapping to avoid relegation. I’ve already pencilled in a few unknown quantities for next season :yahoo:

Very late to the thread (sorry). Congratulations to EP for winning the best competition on the forum! :yahoo:
So close for Ginge, with Goodfellow right there! What an exciting and close race to win it all. Well done to all of you.

Huge thanks to Bobby for running this comp for us again. You do an amazing job with this one. :good: I’m already looking forward to the next one!

Very well done to EP, and also to Gingertipster and Goodfellow. Great lists from you all.

Many thanks to Bobby for the sterling effort that clearly goes in to this, and I look forward to trying my hand again in the autumn

You’re welcome Buckers, and well played yet again, even though I deleted your post lol

Thanks very much guys, glad you all enjoyed it

lol ITS, you’ve nailed it there, absolutely spot on. It’s one thing the hours it takes up, but what’s more of a problem is actually finding those hours. It’s known in my house as “that bloody competition”

    Wouldn’t change it though mate

Well done EP on the big win, and to Gingertipster and Goodfellow, great effort

Apologies for the late well dones, but I’ve been hiding away since I swapped out Nick Rockett. What a fool

Thanks VtC, it’s something else this competition, and looking to giving it my best in a few months
