Coquin Mans runs at Clonmel for me tomorrow VtC; do you want to add the points to my total now or wait till a couple more of mine hack up at the weekend and add it all in one go?
December 7, 2017 at 22:10 #1330881Well pride comes before a fall they say. So I deserved it; but poor Coquin Mans didn’t. As it was on a straight rather than a bend there was no obvious reason for the slip and for a hideous moment I thought he’d broken a foreleg. Walked off weight bearing on all four anyway, hope he is OK.
Also the big horse didn’t get on the boat so one of my other TTF weekend certs is gonna be nul points . What next for my lot, Un de Sceaux getting smashed at the Closutton Christmas party and getting tailed off in the Hilly Way with a stinking hangover the next day?

Oh well.
December 7, 2017 at 23:21 #1330890That section of the Clonmel track can get in a terrible state during the winter. That was only the third race and it resembled a ploughed field – bottom of the hill, nearly always in shade between November and February…not nice.
December 8, 2017 at 19:18 #1331016West Approach made up for his Cheltenham disappointment today, and he scored at Exeter for Grey Desire.
West Approach 17.6
December 9, 2017 at 18:13 #1331308Some nice wins today, and in The Big One, The Becher Chase, Lemons got a nice return from the very impressive Blaklion. Lemons is a huge fan of Blaklion, and it was never in doubt for him.
Tombstone really dug deep at Navan, and he scored for Tonge.
At Sandown, Politologue got a nice haul for Diamond Geezer & Viktors, while he got double points for Buckers, and Fran.
Back at Navan, and Polidam repaid Autumnals faith with a very impressive display.
Blaklion 27.50
Polidam 30.60
Politologue 28.50
Tombstone 16.90December 10, 2017 at 23:47 #1331559Good weekend for Buckers as he gets to within a couple of points of the top spot, but Jac’s holding on.
With Sizing John, and Un De Sceaux both scoring, there’s too many of you to mention, but well done Kris & Pat, who had Sizing John as star horse, and Ponti who got the double points from Un De Sceaux.
Sizing John 27.20
Un De Sceaux 26.50December 11, 2017 at 00:36 #1331566Feeling a bit of a wobble coming on Bobby with Fox and Finian’s getting beat this weekend will be looking to BDM
to cruise home on Boxing Day.Well done Buckers
Great score this weekend..JacThings turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...December 14, 2017 at 21:57 #1332015Top Notch is proving to be a great pick for Corm, Big Green Horse, Frankie, and TAPK, and he was an easy winner of today’s Peterborough Chase.
Top Notch 21.30
December 16, 2017 at 17:29 #1332462Very sad day, and as I know Tonge is a regular contributor to Memorials and Retirements, I’m sure they’ll understand the more sombre tone tonight, after the big hit from Guitar Pete. Frankie also had a big winner from My Tent Or Yours, and despite the sadness, well done on the big wins guys.
Apples Shakira 11.02
Clan Des Obeaux 12.00
Guitar Pete 60.40
My Tent Or Yours 53.90December 17, 2017 at 12:10 #1332605Indeed VTC. I certainly wasn’t cheering when he crossed the line
December 17, 2017 at 17:51 #1332683Just the one runner today, and Blow By Blow finally got his head in front for Botchy & Ham

December 24, 2017 at 01:01 #1333775Coney Island looked very good today, and he was a nice winner for Botchy & Fran, while Gold Present was a big winner for Boz & TAPK, and also Buckers, who claims the Christmas Number One Spot.
Coney Island 16.90
Gold Present 33.70December 24, 2017 at 23:05 #1333903MERRY CHRISTMAS BOBBY and thanks for running this great compy.

What a great line-up of horses running just on Boxing Day,
Good luck to all. Jac
Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...December 27, 2017 at 00:56 #1334238No doubt about the star of the show on Boxing Day, and Might Bite landed our Bonus Race for too many of you to mention, and the same applies to Christmas Hurdle Winner Buveur D’Air. Well done to the many of you who had either of them as star horse, and also loads of you with the pair of them.
If The Cap Fits got us up and running today, scoring for Mom & Mark, while Fran got some points from Leapordstown winner Paloma Blue.
With plenty of points on offer today, Jac has wrestled the lead off of Buckers, and that should prove some small consolation after BDM’s run at Kempton.
Buveur D’Air 26.10
If The Cap Fits 14.20
Might Bite 52.10
Paloma Blue 14.40December 28, 2017 at 12:33 #1334464Politologue becomes the first horse to land the points three times this season, and has been a great pick for Viktors & Geezeer, and particularly Fran & Buckers, who have him as star horse. Buckers retains his lead as a result of that win yesterday.
Autumnal got a nice haul from Anibale Fly, who won the big race of the day, while Kayf Grace got me a rare return.
Anibale Fly 44.20
Kayf Grace 15.60
Politologue 26.40December 29, 2017 at 00:46 #1334619Great result today in The Christmas Chase for Corm & Dac, as Road To Respect gets a big haul, while Apples Jade was a great result for a load of you, including Inthestream, who scores double.
