Don't mess with mister in between.June 23, 2018 at 22:22 #1358371Big fat zero for me today Nathan..never had sich a wipeout at Royal Ascot after four reasonable days…poor old Harry Angel seems to be jinxed at Ascot.

Hannon put in a 4 timer at Newmarket today with Pat Dods riding a treble.. his horses seem to perform better there

Well done to whoever has won today it was not easy to find a winner or even a place in my case but enjoyed the whole meeting and thanks for running a fantastic comp once again Nathan…Jac
Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...June 23, 2018 at 23:19 #1358378Thanks Jac, a solid effort all week from yourself. My whole week on the comp was a disaster, Harry Angel summed it up perfectly. Still we live to fight another compy, Goodwood next….

Neil, thanks again for your help
I had Van Beethoven down as 8/1 so you have steered me into the right odds of 6/1..

I believe Duke of Hazard was 25/1 though and not 20’s in the 1st race

June 24, 2018 at 08:18 #135839538 for me yesterday.
Many thanks for doing the comp again Nathan. Goodwood will be here before we know it.
June 24, 2018 at 08:37 #1358399No problem, Nathan. Glad to assist, sorry with the small mistakes. Yesterday was a total disaster for me scoring only 4 points.

Just got to move the table around and the final leaderboard will be up in about 10 minutes

June 24, 2018 at 08:59 #1358403Well done to Steve75 on winning this years Royal Ascot comp and the only competitor to pass the 200 points mark. I’ll chase Cormack up as he did offer a prize but I haven’t heard from him since. Chestnut and Jack were not to far behind in filling the podium.

the top, and what a last day by Goodfellow just
missing out on a podium place. Very well done guys. Thanks as always Nathan, another cracking competition

Hindsight is 20/20 so make the most of it!June 24, 2018 at 09:54 #1358414Well done Steve
a worthy winner, enjoy your prize. So close at the top with Chestnut unlucky with his Nap, Jack scoring 64 on the final day only having scored 04 on the Friday and goodfollow putting in his best score of the week with a fantastic 78 points on what I considered the hardest day to tip a winner of the week.
This has to be my favourite competition of the season although it’s incredibly hard to win as you need to be on the ball for 5 days and that takes some doing. Nathan you put so much hard work into this especially when you have had one eye on the World Cup and the other on Love Island.
JacAlso thanks to Neil for putting up the scores early each day, I think we were both on the same horses yesterday Neil (all running backwards)
