Blondie (Clint Eastwood) says the lines to Tuco (Eli Wallach).
However, the film with the necklace is actually For A Few Dollars More, which also starred Eastwood and Van Cleef and was the second film in the Dollars Trilogy. The first was A Fistful Of Dollars. Love those films
