Slow night at home tonight so I might as well get the results up and bring the end of this season a little bit closer.
No heroics this weekend with no points scored by anybody on the Dewhurst Stakes. Nathan Hughes tops the poll with 2.40 pts thanks to New Approach and his decision to give the Dewhurst a miss. Several others also selected New Approach to go with their Dewhurst loser.
Sat 18-Oct

With just the one race left and more than 24 points separating quadrilla in 1st from nefertiti in 2nd spot, surely it’s inconceivable that he can lose it from here.

October 22, 2008 at 18:28 #185881Need to pull something special out of the bag at the weekend for the Racing Post Trophy.
October 22, 2008 at 18:53 #185886I think there will be a lot of
"2 pt win Roman Glory" on Saturday’s thread!
October 26, 2008 at 02:07 #186453It’s all over and quadrilla has been crowned the inaugural TRF Gr1 tipping champion with an overall score of 52.15 pts. 2nd spot goes to Gaz’s Way De Solzen with 31.15 pts thanks to his backing Crowded House on the nose today.
3rd place goes to nefertiti on 28.02 pts while aaronizneez finished 4th on 1.90 pts with kieran ending up in 5th spot on 19.97 pts.
These 5 were the only entrants to beat the market as backing the Un-named Favourite would have yielded an impressive 15.79 pt profit.
Thanks to everybody who entered and stuck with it to the end and don’t forget to enter the Order of Merit competition which starts tomorrow at Aintree.
