Entries……………
https://www.racingpost.com/racecards/32/aintree/2026-04-10/914367
Usual strong entry here, and a race where I’ll always try to have an Antepost at this stage. Not massively strong on O’Moore Park, especially with that National entry, but he’s the one I came down on for first go.
Think this is more suitable than National, but I realise there’s still a good chance he’ll head there. I liked his run last week too
Panic Attack is another obvious one for me, and like O’Moore, this looks more suitable than The National. Could see her even getting an entry in The Bowl, or one of the other big races, so I’ll leave her at 20’s
Others who jump out………
Addragoole
Booster Bob
Dreal Deal
Il Atlantique
Lisnamult Lad
Primoz
The King of Prs
Viroflay………so with a shortlist like like that, best stick to one early go. Of that lot, Il Atlantique makes plenty of appeal, but happy to leave at the price
O’Moore Park 40’s EW
March 22, 2026 at 12:44 #1760712Prairie Wolf 35/1 each way (1st 4)
April 5, 2026 at 07:12 #1762101Mahons Glory to run a lot of these off their feet at 33-1 ew 4 with Ladbrokes.
April 6, 2026 at 10:39 #1762187Madara 6-1, with an ew bet on Primoz 33-1
April 9, 2026 at 15:24 #1762507I’ve taken 33/1 on Addragoole, and an each way on the old boy Conflated at 80/1 with 7 places up for grabs here
***I edited the Conflated bet. I had already put up 66/1, so I had a few more Euro on***
April 9, 2026 at 20:20 #1762573Really excited to see Il Est Francais in this. He could be a proper sight if he’s able to jump out and do his own thing up front.
I fancied both O’Moore Park and Jipcot at Cheltenham last month, so I’ll stick with them too.
They will be my main three, but I can’t let Eldorado Allen go without a small each way play.
I can see 25 of these getting round tomorrow.
April 9, 2026 at 21:27 #1762586I rarely back the horses Tom George brings over from France and I’m a bit fed up with Il Est Francais.
BUT, things won’t be getting any easier for him. This is a massive drop in class, he is a sound jumper and if his last wind op was successful, he should be a decent EW bet at 18/1.April 9, 2026 at 21:32 #1762587Teddy Blue for me. Won last time at Kempton in – I think – quite a strong race. Onyl gone up 3 pounds. Should be in the mix here.
Teddy Blue 25/1 EW
April 9, 2026 at 21:39 #1762589Madara ew 5 places
April 9, 2026 at 21:45 #1762591DBR, that Kempton race he won looks very strong piece of form now.
April 10, 2026 at 08:30 #1762633My antepost a non-runner, so rethink required.
April 10, 2026 at 09:05 #1762637Bill Baxter 40/1 each way
Booster Bob 18s each way
April 10, 2026 at 10:19 #1762649Bill Baxter is my nap of the day, and I’ll also bet Matata
April 10, 2026 at 10:31 #1762655Addragoole 16-1.
The more I know the less I understand.
April 10, 2026 at 10:44 #1762656I’m with DBR here on Teddy Blue at 25s, e/w. Just the quirky type to take to Aintree and won nicely last time.
April 10, 2026 at 13:10 #1762678Mahons Glory has been my long time fancy for this. Appears to love this track but has been given shocking rides from Edwards. Hopefully he waits a bit longer before kicking today.
Also sticking with Madara after Cheltenham.Madara
