Another season like last year mate, and you’ll be laughing. Good Luck
September 12, 2018 at 16:03 #1373722I’m really undecided Bob, every time I think of what my thread profit should have been, I could kick myself haha.
I’ll see how it goes today though.
Summerville Boy 22-1 each way 5 Places
Timiyan 12-1 to winSeptember 13, 2018 at 02:20 #1373759Well done with “Summerville Boy” in The Kerry National mate lol.
Up and running again, and hope that’s the start of a few more for you.
October 13, 2018 at 17:18 #1377264Another typeo Bob, but not as bad as Philadelphia Magic.
Shantou Village took me to a profit of £10.40, but I will go for Step Back today.
I think you’re right, he is a definite graded horse in the making. I’ve bet him at 13-2 with 4 Places each way today, and 66-1 each way for The Cheltenham Gold Cup.
October 13, 2018 at 17:48 #1377269No joy there Mark, I definitely had him down as a graded horse.
Newbury next?
October 15, 2018 at 16:05 #1377453He was really good for a long way, but I was not happy with how far he was beaten. I still like him for Newbury, so I hope to see a different horse there.
October 24, 2018 at 21:58 #1378561I’ve went for two in the Old Roan
Flying Angel 25-1 ew
Theo 16’s ewIn The Jnwine I’ve went for Outlander 8-1 ew, I think he’s a great bet to make the first three.
In the Matchbook Chase at Cheltenham it’s Shantou Village, and not Summerville Boy
at 14-1 ewOctober 24, 2018 at 23:13 #1378570Agree about Flying Angel in the Old Roan. Can’t ignore his handicap mark being 12lbs lower than October last year.
October 27, 2018 at 13:29 #1378837I hope so, it’s going to be a big disappointment for a ew of us if he doesn’t go close in this.
October 29, 2018 at 20:29 #1379035Did you see that Go Conquer has switched to NTD?
October 31, 2018 at 11:09 #1379116I only noticed it when looking at the Ascot race. I had cooled on him slightly for this season, but it’s an interesting development.
I didn’t get on at the 8-1, but I’ve taken the 7-1 ew. I think he’ll be declared for Saturday. I need a good run from him as I’ve not had a good run lately.
November 10, 2018 at 12:42 #1380193I see Aboliitionist back out today mate.
November 11, 2018 at 10:49 #1380278It was a very good comeback Bob. I just had to bet him for Aintree as I think Dr Newlands is the man for bringing them back, although I know you were disappointed with Seefood.
I bet Abolitionist before the race yesterday at 50-1, but for the thread I will use that 40-1 ew with 5 Places.
I was going to bet Zubayr today, but he’s a non runner. Unfortunately I looked at other races, so I will put up Vivas at 14-1 ew later on the card.
November 17, 2018 at 13:06 #1380761Vivas is one I would like to forget.
I have bet a few today but this season hasn’t started well.
I’ve bet Shantou Village but not for this thread.
West Approach 12-1 7 places, Looking Well 14-1 6 places, and Sweet Home Chicago 10-1 4 places. I really need a winner or a place.
November 29, 2018 at 10:07 #1387356This is not going well this season. Rathvinden ew Ladbroke Trophy 16-1 nrnb, to please stop the rot. I’ve bet him to win only as well.
December 6, 2018 at 23:48 #1388297My season hasn’t been good so far, but I will soldier on. I’m scared to do a running total at the moment.
I will add three to the thread though.
Highland Lodge 18-1 each way (5 Places)
Crosshue Boy 16-1
Milansbar 12-1January 2, 2019 at 09:24 #1391072After Mohaayed, you have to keep this going mate.
