His brilliant jumping makes things difficult for Paul because he’s lengthing the opposition at just about every flight but under no circumstances can you put him in front that early because it just wont work.
Whatever we think though he’s a bloody entertaining horse to watch and credit to Noel Meade for getting him back because it looked like he’d had enough last season.
It’s a bit of a conundrum that PC will have to keep him a couple or more lengths behind at the final flight, cos one bad jump would see him beaten, but on the balance of probabilities he’ll prbably wing it.
As such, he’s gonna have to assume that Harchibald will make up a length on the last hurdle when factoring in how much to be behind.
