Not sure what contributed to it, but he had shattered his pelvis and broke his lower back, most cases like this would have been PTS on the spot, but guess they was trying to save him, he never left the course, and died in the arms of the trainers daughter who looked after him and doted on him….she is heartbroken. He would have never survived anyhow, he had nerve damage to his spinal cord, so had no control over his hind legs….
