Here some Ante post bets for Royal Ascot
WIZZ KIDD To win King stands stakes 14/1
Was 2nd behind Deacon Blues at 6f but is still a top horse at 5f as well.Won well at the weekend when beating Prohibit done the same last year at a bigger price was 25/1.But this horse has improved and can take this race.
Brave man thinking ‘Whizz Kidd’ will beat
Prohibit
at Royal Ascot darren,my fellow has been trained with this as his target all year and Corals 20/1 about last years winner is a standout,I really cant see him not being placed! Good luck though!
June 7, 2012 at 19:20 #407256Whilst Bated Breath is a top class sprinter, he can tend to be outgunned in the big races, so at 9/2 doesn’t represent much value to me, whereas he certainly did at Haydock last month. Whizz Kid would be of interest if the rain kept coming, whereas the Aussie sprinter Ortensia, who has been in great form, would be if the going was faster. I think I’m with TAPK on this, Prohibit would appreciate genuine good ground and can land this race again if finding the breaks, although I would’ve wanted her to have shown a bit more in France las time behind WK.

Royal Ascot tips now in the WokinghamWAFFLE To win Wokingham 20/1
Was 2nd last year to Deacon Blues i don’t think there is another horse like that in the field this year and he can go one better this year.
June 9, 2012 at 12:16 #407473DIMENSION To win Royal Hunt 12/1
Though not won at a 1m i think he pick up this race i expect a Murtagh will ride him to. as long he gets a good draw he go off a 6/1fav and he ran well on comeback run as well.
June 12, 2012 at 12:30 #407801All the 14s on Wizz Kid now gone – not surprising with the prospect of going on the easy side.
September 10, 2012 at 16:24 #412664Some future classic winners i hope anyway i do.
WHAT A NAME 14/1 To win 1000 guineas
This french filly trained by Delzanges who won 2000 guineas with
Makfi has another english classic hope with this horse she has beaten the colts already so she must be a special horse. She was behind yesterday but showed a wonderful turn of foot to go past them.
Will take colts on again on arc day and she looks a smart prospect next year.September 10, 2012 at 16:26 #412666EYE OF THE STORM
This was a impressive winner today went really well and picked up too is going to be a derby horse next year. but i think he is still behind MARS who i think win derby next year advised at 20/1.
But this one looks worth following too.September 10, 2012 at 16:31 #412668LIBER NATCUIS
Still early to look at Epsom oaks but would not shock me if this filly from Stoute yard lines up next year. She was green at Goodwood but got up late in final furlong where she was going away at finish. that a 1m maiden and further step up in trip will bring more improvement next year.
TELESCOPE
Stoute also sent out TELESCOPE in a 7f maiden at Ascot though he wants a 1m he did very well to be 2nd when you consider that horses from this yard come on for a run. he should win a maiden next time and be put away for a derby trail next year maybe the Dante as he looks like being the number one derby horse for Stoute

sure should have won the other day darren and he looks a potential Gold Nugget find of yours, must have a Racing Post Trophy entry?
September 10, 2012 at 21:37 #412709Gord i agree on TELESCOPE but as you know Stoute does not send horses to big 2yo races he lets them develop. i remember WORKFORCE winning his maiden and was talked about going for a group race at 2 but SMS change his mind. i don’t think it was racingpost trophy but i remember it being a 2yo group race.
Any thoughts on the other 3 horses as well i put up.

Like I said the other day Darren,I was taken by your
Telescope
at Ascot,I was even more impressed today and I tip my hat at you taking the 40/1 for next years Derby.Connections are giving him the softly softly approach as again when he was asked a serious question he looked around as if he didn’t know what to do.I’m not sure he’s ready for Group 1 company just yet but I certainly see him as a Dante horse next year, his breeding shouts Derby but physically he looks a bit leggy to me and I keep seeing ‘Bonfire’ when I look at him!! Ooh that will set the Fireworks off!
September 27, 2012 at 23:22 #414360Apart from the owner i think that is there only connection i think
TELESCOPE will stay a 1m4 next year unlike Bonfire who i hope comes back better at 1m2 next year.Paddy power gave me 33/1 for him to win arc after he won todayAlso Gord any thoughts on these jump horses below not saying they win at cheltenham festival but could win decent races.

Was 2nd behind Citizenship in boylesports hurdle very impressed by way he jumps but he looks a chaser to me will go over fences this year could win a decent race in Ireland
DODGING BULLETS
Did not win last year but with his inexperiance ran some nice races was travelling very well in truimph before fading. he be stronger now and looks like being yards top novice hurdler
HINTERLAND
Never bought into him being a top hurdler, but could be a very good horse over fences. these french types like there chasing he could be a star this year.
FOR NON STOP
My bet in Paddy power chase off 151 some like him to go to 3m but i think 2m5 Cheltenham will suit him very well and if he goes Paddy Power a big player in that race.
