Hopefully everything goes well with this comeback, he’s a very talanted horse.

Providing he comes out of this race ok, I would have thaught the dirt mile will be his target at the Breeders Cup rather than the Classic.

Nah, I can see him winning the Coral Cup at the Festival by a Short head ridden by a 7lb claimer.
You read it here first……

You are both wrong. He wouldn’t get the trip.

He’d be picking up his £800 while the others were approaching the last!

It’s a pity we won’t see him in the UK anytime soon.

Well, he has something to prove. They call him the best dirt horse in the world. But I give him one more chance…

A long trip for Saeed Bin Suroor to see that effort. I guess it’s either the new 1 Mile 70 yard Breeders’ Cup race or retirement-as there’s only the Cigar Mile after the BC.

Although he was sent off at wacko odds for a horse returning from a long lay off, Discreet Cat put in a perfectly reasonable performance in the Vosburgh, imho. He went through 5f in 57secs and 6f in 1.10 which isn’t bad at all for a come-back run. Expect to see him tighter next time.
