    Kemboy 6/5
    Alpha Des Obeaux 7/2
    A Toi Phil 5/1
    Doctor Phoenix 11/2
    Rashaan 16/1

All a bunch of high 150 horses except for Rashaan. As a 6 year old you’d imagine Kemboy has the most scope for improvement and this is his first run of the season for Kemboy. He’s entered in the King George so they must think highly of him

Yep Kemboy with the weight advantage is certainly hard to beat. He has a target of the Ladbroke as well in which he’d have a 4 pd penalty in if winning this.

On ratings hes top, and with weight hes even more on top.

Couple of question marks being perhaps the ground, experience and first run.

The one i would take at the price is Rashaan- bags to do at ratings, but, he gets weight like Kemboy, is fit, has 2 course wins on the flat and loves a battle. He also will enjoy the ground.

I have taken him W/O at 12s and some at 9s and 8s.

Doctor Phoenix is having his first run, and would want it softer.

ADO and ATP both have shown their best form on softer as well.

Yep TWM, i believe Townend is keeping the ride on Kemboy for time being as he’s done well on him.

He’s still ridden 4 chasers from 12 rides in last 14 days..but i know what you mean it’s slightly strange.

Think Ruby knows he’s one serious injury away from retirement and as such he’s playing it safe and passing a good few of recent chase rides over to Paul

Good win by Kemboy; ran very free at the start until Townend forced ADO to pick up the pace a bit. Don’t think he’s gonna be good enough to be hitting the podium in a King George based on that though..

I’m a Kemboy fan, even more so after that run. I’ve decided to bet him for both Kempton and Newbury.

I hope you won a few quid back, Vautour and Jack
