I’ve had a dozen accounts closed or restricted.
They range from being closed down without even backing a winner (BetFred), presumably because I backed a couple of losing shorteners, to various bookmakers restricting me after I’d won varying sums off them.
The most tolerant was Bet365 who let me win more off them than the rest put together did before sending me the old “Dear John” (except it was “Dear Ian”) email.
Relationship breakdowns are emotionally painful for some, but it was being dumped by Denise Coates that upset me the most!

Gold digger.
February 19, 2022 at 22:41 #1583921I’d have settled for keeping unrestricted stakes, minimum 90% cash out, and Best Odds Guaranteed privileges tbh!
They had the best Grand National offer (spend £250 on each-way bets and get 50% cash back) EVER too.
I almost CRIED when I got the email dumping me!

I haven’t bet for a couple of years but I used to love that offer.
February 20, 2022 at 03:47 #1583950I have given up with bookmakers altogether and only use the exchanges.
