5.00 York – Last Look (16/1)
There is not a trainer who I have seen win more big field handicaps with horses that have previously shown strong form only to be off the track for a period – before returning to win said big field handicap. It’s a Saeed special.
Last Look showed good form and must be way above the best mark he has shown if we have good enough faith in old Saeed, he doesn’t keep these horses in training for nothing!!!
This horse could be terrible for sure but at 16/1 it’s worth chancing that the horse is way above its current mark, ive taken e/w.
Had a few each way at 18/1.
Enjoyable listening to the race and the horse came into it at a point when you knew a place was guaranteed.

Not a Saeed horse, but Blue Hero today in the 3.55 Bath looks tremendous value at 2/1, horse has won 2 on the trot (both over the course and one over C&D), good claimer still on board, will handle the ground fine and the high number of runners should lead to a strong gallop which will play to this horses strengths. Blue Hero should have enough in hand in this class 6 affair.
