Syndicates in UK pool bets

Having studied routine Tote jackpot and trifecta rollovers for a while now, I get the impression one or two syndicates are harvesting them. It looks like all economic bets are covered and weighted according to relative probability. There may also be a full hedge of each bet using exchanges. This should guarantee a profit each time if a reasonable kickback of Tote commission is obtained.

(The Scoop 6 is a bit different as it’s not so easy to hedge and the £2 ticket minimum makes it more lumpy.)
