I don’t know what Hills and Suba were doing in the 2.20, but whatever it was it wasn’t racing. Fair play if it turns out the animal was ill or whatever, otherwise what was all that about?
Sometimes I think it would be nice to be in the crowd on the rails with a megaphone, to offer your comments as the horse goes by. Today’s would have been: ‘Oi, Dickie, you gonna do anything with that horse, like touch it? Cos your flushing me Scoop6 down the kermit, mate!’
