Minefield on the day of course, so always a bit daft to go for one Antepost, but off the back of a sound 2024, I’ve taken Jordan Electrics
50’s looks big, and this type of his race is his cup of tea, and rounded off last season with decent efforts in similar events at Ayr and York
Jordan Electrics 50’s EW
June 27, 2025 at 17:53 #1734761I know it’s a bit early for this but, outside of Royal Ascot, it’s my favourite day’s racing of the year!
Yes it’s borderline impossible, especially if you don’t know the draw or the going, but eating a picnic on the Trundle, on a sunny day is sublime! And now VtC has tipped the wink for Jordan Electrics at 50-1 he’s paved the way for unlimited celebrations/commiserations in the Fox Goes Free at Charlton afterwards!
He looks as though he’s still improving at eight, he’s Jim Goldie trained and ground independent.Get On!
July 21, 2025 at 18:36 #1736572Not wanting to just rely on VtC’s magical powers of prediction I’ve added Mum’s Tipple @ 50-1 ew.
He looks like he’s been nursed along nicely by Hannon, and he’s still a million below his highest OR of 115. His only current entry is this race so presumably they’re hoping he gets in.
2 8 year olds in this at ludicrous prices: what could possibly go wrong?!?July 26, 2025 at 20:46 #1736878COMPLETLY RANDOM 14/1
5th in the Wokingham which is normally a race to look at in this race and got more to come.
August 1, 2025 at 16:42 #1737454After Mum’s Tipple no-show I’ve added Hammer the Hammer, Strike Red and The XO all ew to my Jordan Electrics bet.
August 1, 2025 at 17:06 #1737456Strike Red 14s
August 1, 2025 at 19:51 #1737470Get It 10-1 ew 6 places
August 1, 2025 at 19:53 #1737472HAMMER THE HAMMER 11/2. Low numbers had the best draw in todays sprint and there should be just about similar enough conditions heading into this race. Selection ran well at Ascot over 5f but this is his trip, looks a group horse to me.
August 1, 2025 at 20:56 #1737475Added Hammer The Hammer ew 6 places so one on each side.
August 1, 2025 at 21:10 #1737478Vadream 28/1 ew 6 places
Career low handicap mark, drawn low and finally gets some cut in the ground. Fellowes having a poor season but looks to be finding some form in the last couple of weeks.
August 2, 2025 at 12:26 #1737548Low numbers seemed the place to be yesterday, so it’s stall 1 for me – Completely Random 9-1
August 2, 2025 at 13:26 #1737555Added

August 2, 2025 at 14:30 #1737566Had to punt two longshots each way,

August 2, 2025 at 14:39 #1737570Orazio is due to pop up , hoping he needed that last run , on the other side Seven questions after a couple of runs in higher grade for the new yard is now dropped into a handicap , hoping for a big run from both at nice e.w prices
Pick 3 on Saturday champion 2025/2026
August 2, 2025 at 15:13 #1737576I don’t understand why Tom Eaves has come down the centre of the track, the worst place you could possibly be.
