I’ll be in and out spasmodically over the next few weeks as I’m doing my final packing!
Will be in Italy for the first 3 months finishing a load of writing and then it will be back to the grind – if someone will employ me in the UK

I also had the usual Christmas choccies, even though everyone knows i don’t actually like the stuff! Also got a few racing related books, smellies, a few clothes, a new bag e.t.c.

I did treat myself to a load of nice pretty underwear off La Senza’s website when I stumbled across the fact that they started their sale on Christmas Eve…..now I’m going back on The Underwear Diet for their benefit!!!
Otherwise got quite a lot of lovely thoughtful things from some very very lovely people….which made having seriously Not Nice flu all through Christmas and New Year quite a lot easier to cope with!
Poor Mr Paxman seems none too pleased with what he received.
