True it might be, but the implication is clear.

It looked like the horse blew up on the home turn, suggesting he wasn’t fully tuned up after a few months off. It’d be nice to see the authorities look into it at the very least.
September 3, 2008 at 20:18 #179208This commentator would be well advised to check his facts before submitting for publication. What you think you’ve seen on the track and what has actually transpired on the track are not always the same thing. We learned in the Top Cees case that the racing authorities’ verdict carries much more weight than some subjective opionion in a court of law.
If I was typing those comments I’d be far more cautious until I’d got official confirmation from the authorities of what I was claiming….and that the horse in question was in fact Stellenbosch!
Until then it should remain ‘the horse in the yellow and black silks’.
