I follow tennis as well as racing. I find form study is a useful discipline in both sports. I have come to the view that jump racing is akin to female tennis and flat racing to male tennis. Jump/female is more random whereas flat/male is more predictable.
My jumpers for the Australian Open/Gold Cup
Kvitova Long Run
Williams Kauto Star
Clijsters Synchronised
Wozniacki Captain Chris
Azarenka Grands CrusThe odds are about the same as well (except Clijsters/Synchro).

January 15, 2012 at 22:07 #387013Interesting idea. Personally, I’ve always thought that Kauto/Denman reminded me of Federer/Nadal.
Kauto= Federer, very classy and versatile, basically unbeatable when right, prone to slight lapses in concentration (or Kauto used to be), great longevity and thought to be one of the greatest of all time.
Denman= Nadal, mainly about power, but with a hefty dose of speed and skill as well, will simply bulldoze opponents into the ground, one of the few capable of beating Kauto/Federer, but less versatile (though Nadal has overcome this handicap). And sadly more prone to injury due to their style of running/play.
