    I have come across this system which indicates the best race of the day to invest in.<br>Each race is given a race rating after taking into account the winner’s prize money (bigger the prize the likelihood all competitors are trying),number of runners (big fields can cause traffic problems),class of runners & distance of race. The highest rated is the race to have a bet in.

    [*]Today’s race is the 2.45 Southwell (Race Rating = 19)

    Having got the race to bet in you’ll need to know which horse to bet on,now i have be using the Boxform Racing program.<br>So the top three rated in the 2.45 (with boxform rating)are<br>112 REBELLE 2nd 5/2<br>107 GREAT AS GOLD<br>092 PHYSICAL FORCE

    I will post each day’s best race plus top three rated here

    Reading through your system rules, you say ‘with boxform rating’, what does that mean?<br>

    Hi Dave jay,

    The boxform rating i am refering to is the rating that is returned when i analyse the race through the Racing Boxform Program-Boxform are a firm from the Wirral and have a website at http://www.boxform.co.uk. analysing the race i take into account such things as<br>[*]course, distance and last time out winners<br>[*]act on going<br>[*]draw<br>[*]s.p forecast<br>[*]form figures<br>[*]carrying a penalty for recent win<br>[*]whether the trainer is in form <br>[*]horse’s Selecttips* rating.

    * The Selecttips rating is calculated by a small calculator which i acquired a few years ago and i use to select my Daily Selections.

    You will also notice in future postings that the Race Rating will be identified, now this rating can be a maximum 72points and will very unlikely happen but i plan to class this rating as A,B or C as follows:<br>[*]A will be for a race rating of 30+<br>[*]B will be for a race rating of 20 upto 30<br>[*]C will be for a race rating of 10 upto 20<br>The idea is that the better races should be classed as A.

    I will also in future post all runners in the selected race as the two races i have posted so far the winner was fourth rated, something to keep a eye on.
