2:10 Sandown – Sasso has been lightly raced this winter and will like the ground here. Looked to be staying on well last time out in a decent 2m hcap at Haydock and I’m hoping for improvement over this longer trip. Backed e/w at 12/1
4.25 Sandown 1m2f Group 3 Trial
The value here might possibly be Sir Michael’s Al Tharib  (15/2 win- 6/4 to place on BF) who in his third to Desert Dew  (Were you on yesterday?) in September showed he didn’t mind some cushion in the ground. Petara Bay may  prefer further and not sure just what Asperity has beaten.
