Same here; I’m throwing money at every big priced runner I can today..also Scotsirish..but I’d still love to see Voy Por run a big race.

I clearly cant find a horse to finish in the top half of the field not to mind a winner. My worst chetenham in living memory so far. I had marked out planet of sound for the ryanair for quite a while..so thers one you can all scratch off immediately.

March 18, 2010 at 14:45 #283643Fantastic ride from McCoy.
March 18, 2010 at 14:46 #283644jesus wept barbers beaten after 2 miles
winner hosed up
March 18, 2010 at 14:48 #283646Agree with that. Fantastic ride.
Another fancied Nicholls horse gets sunk. I’ll be taking a serious look at Deep Purple if he goes to Aintree.
Voy Por Ustedes looks finished.
Stewards are sure to look at the final bend.
March 18, 2010 at 14:50 #283647Horses are going off at a fair clip and not coming back. Suits ‘the stalking’ type, in my opinion.
March 18, 2010 at 14:52 #283648Im not sure what will happen with Voy Por now to be honest.
He’d worked so well with the blinkers on, and i really thought he would be within the first 3.
Doesnt get 3 miles, doesnt get 2, and unfortunately can only finish 5th at 2m 5.
March 18, 2010 at 14:56 #283649Well done Albertas Run, a much needed flag bearer for the Jonjo operation. Couldn’t see him turning around the Huntingdon form with Deep Purple personally but proved me wrong.
Gaz shame about Voy Por, doesn’t seem to be able to re-capture his best anymore, do you think perhaps the Melling will be d-day for him?
March 18, 2010 at 14:58 #283650Fantastic stuff from AP!
Still clearly in some pain from his earlier fall, but still able to give a textbook ride..the ultimate professional!

That’s if he goes to Aintree.
To be honest, he had everything in his favour today, preferred ground, seemingly preferred trip now-a-days too.
Massive shame, it’s hard to digest when you have horses that are close to you and are your favourites, suddenly go off the boil. It happened with My Way and seemingly has happened with Voy Por too now.
March 18, 2010 at 15:06 #283652I’m on Imperial Commander for this as well. As mentioned in the Ante-Post bets thread, I find it hard to believe he isn’t half the price.
I’ve just noticed that Albertas Run has an entry in the 2m3f G2 on Saturday, and I was wondering whether there was a chance he might end up in this?
AR is nowhere near quick enough for the Ryanair. I’ve backed him for the GC at 200/1 though
March 18, 2010 at 21:57 #283761Great run from Alberta’s and delighted for AP. Also a big run from J’y vole to finish upsides Poquelin.
March 18, 2010 at 21:59 #283764Albertas run
defineately runs in the Ryanair now and there"s nothing between him and
Voy Por Ustedes
on their King george running behind Kauto Star! A Reverse forecast is something i"ve never done before!I wonder what 16"s and 20"s would pay? Another cracking race in prospect!
I backed VPU…but then I saw this post and thought ‘why not?’
Of course, I then had to put a little bit on Alberta’s Run at 16s…and the rest is history.
Cheers, mate!

So don't run, just like the others always do
March 21, 2010 at 22:51 #284760Surely shows how awesome Monet’s Garden has been this season.
Also shows Kauto Star fans some hope it can be done at an old age.
