p-2f1 7 Perfect Smile (NMeade) – 11,10
23-1f 8 Prima Vista (GB) (NMeade) – 11,10
291 9 Seafield (PNolan) – 11,10
1 10 Staying Article (EJO’Grady) – 11,10
1-40 11 Tavern Times (TMullins) – 11,10
311 12 The Shepherd King (TCooper) – 11,10
511 13 Dylan Ross (NMeade) – 11,07
3 14 Joe Smooth (GB) (NMeade) – 11,07
15 Zaidpour (FR) (WPMullins) – 11,07
11-24 16 Dare To Doubt (GB) (WPMullins) – 11,05
22112 17 Oilily (SByrne) – 11,05Should be a very informative race as always. I was very impressed with Ballyhaunis at Listowel but he looks like he’ll probably need a bit further in time. Similar sentiments would apply to Paul Nolan’s pair who are related to Roberto Goldback and Joncol.
Meade holds a strong hand and Dylan Ross would be an interesting recruit to hurdling after impressing in bumpers. Zaidpour is a half-brother to Zaynar and was fancied for the Triumph last year but was roughed off after suffering a setback. He holds entries in maiden hurdles at both Punchestown and Cork this weekend. Easy bumper winner Staying Article also makes his hurdling debut today.
Out of the others, I think The Shepherd King is an interesting horse and Tom Cooper has already been mentioning Cheltenham in March about him.

November 24, 2010 at 16:48 #329619A very weak Grade 1 and what is the point of such a race imo in November. Zaidpour looks different class to everything in this race. Willie cant miss this…..1/3 for this horse isn’t undervaluing his superiority i believe in this field.
He simply won’t be beat under any sort of race tactics or by the oppostition. 1/3 for jumping his hurdle’s is a price
November 24, 2010 at 16:52 #329620I see Cue Card is as short as 2/1 for the Supreme.
Zaidpour is a better horse imo than Cue Card. This Cue Card won’t be out for a few months i believe. I think its a good chance to chase this favorite on the place market if your into that sort of thing. He will probaly be trading double the price when all the top novices re-appear. I know he is a very talented animal but i can’t take any price as short as that
November 25, 2010 at 02:36 #329746Is Paul Nolan’s fellow likely to run, it was a very taking effort at Limerick. Liked his action and attitude and this track, trip and ground should suit him well at this stage.
Cant find any ante post prices anywhereNovember 26, 2010 at 12:19 #329969(1:15) 320C Bar One Racing Royal Bond Novice

December 14, 2010 at 22:34 #332640Carloswayback to build on Limerick and win.
December 15, 2010 at 10:15 #332669I can’t be the only one thinking Corals offering 11/10 is very generous indeed? Or current price of 14s for Supreme Novices too?
December 15, 2010 at 12:26 #332686A monster…..
Absoutely stonking beast!!!!!!!
December 15, 2010 at 12:45 #332690Not wishing to be preachy in the least; but I am often perplexed when punters dismiss the blatantly obvious.
It wasn’t even race. Zaidpour just sauntered to victory.
His prospective clash with Cue Card should be quite intriguing indeed.

December 15, 2010 at 14:52 #332707Would they consider going for the Champion this year? (admittedly it looks a hot renewal)…physically and in terms of flat experience he looks a far better candidate than Cue Card for the senior Championship.
December 15, 2010 at 16:24 #332724No he should not go for Champion as i backed him at 14/1 for the Supreme that is the race to go for it is.Mullins go for supreme
