Huge congratulations to Chestnut and commiserations but congratulations too to Gladiateur. Both pulled well clear of the field with some impressive scoring.

Thank you again Raymos for running the competition. Its been a long 5 days and I’m sure you two have felt it more than most!

Before doling out the plaudits let me just say something please.

That has to be the closest comp I have been involved in. Even after the last race I was waiting for the SP’s because if Sober is returned Evens then Gladiateur actually wins on countback because they both would have had 221 pts and the rules state that first day score is the tie break but alas for Gld it returned odds on and he only got 4 pts for the winner. Bad luck Glad

Anyway back to the business in hand , huge congrats to Chestnut who’s consistency won the day
Gldiateur great effort and like you say the Wednesday score is ultimately what cost you but great stuff to finish second after a poor day like that
Mickeyjp well done for getting on the podium and almost keeping up with the two above you

As far as today is concerned good efforts from Refuse To Bend and DFWard for scoring fifty or more today
