Wise getting in there early if demand increases. I wonder if I still have mine, might be worth something soon!

I have not seen anyone coming out in support of this, there is a lot of negative comment about it. Wonder if they’ve been printed yet? Might still be time for a U Turn.

I really hope so Richard. Maybe they are just testing the water. You can’t run roughshod over the works of one of our best loved children’s author.

I like the way Roald Dahl’s kinda rhymes with Rolled Oats 😅

A sign of the times and things will only get ‘worse’ in a couple of years time  .

Hmm Ian, just a certain metropolitan type of middle class; one cannot tar all of the Brit middle class with the PC nonsense. :good:

The effect of fantasy novels on the impressionable….., I guess the writers of the bible could say a thing or two

There has been a lot of condemnation of this, I think it crosses class, political and other boundaries.

“one cannot tar all of the Brit middle class with the PC nonsense.”

Seeing as I regard myself as middle class, I can hardly argue with you, Wilts!

I meant “those middle classes over there – not us!”
