So
is there a proper, official route to take if a customer wants to complain or take on a rating service that keeps re-inventing itself
They take your money …then closes down for 6 months …then starts up again under a different membership arrangement and wants a further subscription for the future
probably lost money but is there anybody to complain too and get them to return part of the original subscription
views would be appreciated

They will point you in the right direction or advice if it is not worth pursuing.
