Can anyone recommend a racing syndicate that sells extremely small shares that I can purchase as a gift, it is wanted for a bit of interest for my disabled brother. I do not want any monthly outlay, just a one off payment.
Your help would be appreciated.
Thanks.November 25, 2010 at 22:38 #329918Try this link:

If you scroll down there is a section on racing syndicates and links to the individual syndicate sites.

I could try and help if your northern based or if you arent i might know of some who can in your area
November 26, 2010 at 09:15 #329942Ruby – I would guess most of the monthly outlaty syndicates would be happy enough to come up with some sort of annual payment if you approached them. I wouldn’t let that restrict your search.

Koo – I have been involved in various syndicate/racing clubs over the last few years ranging in owning/leasing between 0.01% to 50% of a horse. To be fair all I would be looking for for my brother is an owner’s ticket when the horse runs so that he would feel he is involved in the horse and maybe a visit to the stable’s – watching racing is his only real enjoyment in life so I am sure he would love the experience of feeling he is an owner.
We are based in the Midlands.

What a nice thing to do. Good luck finding something suitable.
November 28, 2010 at 07:04 #330264Drop me an e-mail through my website and i’ll sort you something out for basically nothing. If you only want the odd badge im sure a token donation to a horse charity will suffice as payment.
I usually have plenty of runners in the Midlands and usually there are spare badges so there’ll be plenty of days out if required.
Stable visit is a bit further away in Malton but those are accomadated easily enough either through our quartly open days or we do visits on other days usually sundays whenever owners need it.
Like i say drop me a line through the koo’s racing club website and i’ll be happy to accomodate what you need.
