I wonder how those who’ve paid for the full Pricewise tipping package feel about everyone registered with RP getting them? Can’t help the odds much!
November 27, 2013 at 17:28 #459975This might be some abstract marketing scam to attract more subscribers. Make the whole site free for a week to ten days, close it all off again and hope people decide it’s worth the fee.

Quality Mark I love a good conspiracy! Might send them a cheeky twitter comment asking whether this is the case to wind them up a little

Mark – I had a roughly similar thought to yourself – we must get out more! Offer Pricewise Extra tips to the masses and we’ll all come onboard in the long run. I see today’s tip just got stuffed so maybe there marketing ploy is slightly flawed.
Tbh I think Joe summed up the current situation very succintly in his first post above.
December 4, 2013 at 10:30 #460744The login security at the
Racing Post
has been fixed, and for the next few days I have to work updating about two weeks of my speed ratings
December 4, 2013 at 12:50 #460752" Your password could not be changed. Please try again. "
And so it starts.

Won’t let me log in because my new password isn’t correct, I know I have a bad memory but I only made the new password 12 hours ago!! It’s also saying my email and username aren’t correct when I know for a fact they are.
So basically I’m paying money for a service I not only cannot currently use but that’s been winding me up for some time now!

Still won’t work, despite copying the exact same username that they sent me in an email and the exact same email address I used to open the account with they are still insisting that details don’t match their records.
Just sent them an email telling them to sort it out, not only a waste of time but a complete joke of a company.

Now they’re saying they’ll email me my password (which they haven’t), great.
December 5, 2013 at 15:44 #460844I gave up. Their customer service also appears to be on holiday
December 5, 2013 at 16:37 #460847A tweet, they phone me up and its resolved.

Login with the new password, you should then see a message box pop up. You enter that same password into the box below your username and then choose a new password beneath that.
I was doing this before but it worked with the password they sent me whilst on the phone, which they also sent to my new email address, not the one they have in their database.
Masses of complaints but
December 7, 2013 at 01:20 #461039Getting 12 days free membership in compen for the fiasco. These guys are too generous huh?
