Are there any? Do you suspect that something isn’t quite right?

*Sarcasm and tongue-in-cheek allowed*
OK, I’ll start things off – that Harbinger never fractured a bone

The latest "conspiracy" now under the inquiry of the BHA regarding the Am I Blue win at Hereford.September 5, 2010 at 14:34 #315999The handling of Gaspara can’t really be seen as a conspiracy as it’s so stinkingly blatant.
I wont even bother elaborating, and will just wait until it’s smashed off the boards before watching it make every yard as opposed to being kept amongst the field where she obviously hates it. It does bring her mark down, though, which is handy.
September 5, 2010 at 15:28 #316003I must say i was very impressed with both the derby winner aand the king george winner. Both from a yard doing poorly. Both simply pulverised their field. One never ran again and was shipped to japan. The other was pulled up on his next run. very interesting.
September 5, 2010 at 16:05 #316009I think that Danny Cooks ride on Gaspara may have screwed up the plan Onthesteal, as she was raised by 12 pounds despite being disqualified.
Having said that she is still over 2 stone below her peak rating.
I agree that we should watch this space mateSeptember 6, 2010 at 11:44 #316116This all starts in the early 1980’s. For reasons which will become clear I cannot name names or identify my sources, other than to stress that if my own identity and whereabouts were known then I daresay my life would be in serious danger.
The main players in this conspiracy concern a Middle Eastern ruling dynasty that came to prominence in this Country in the early part of that decade. The head of this family had become immensely rich as a result of the huge explosion in World trade prices of his Country’s natural resources.
In due course this new wealth resulted in a more prominent lavish Westernised lifestyle which eventually led him to want to mirror the sporting achievements of another Middle Eastern racing celebrity, certainly someone who was a household name.
This latter person formed an alliance with our new racing interloper, a relationship which was crucial in terms of the eventual conspiracy which would shock and dismay people throughout the British Isles and abroad.
The plan was initiated in 1981 by purchasing a sizeable racing base in the South of England and acquiring expensive stocks of horses from both sides of the Atlantic. Success on the racecourse came thick and fast.
But our friend had only one ambition in life, to produce the most powerful breeding operation anywhere in the World. To do this he required the best of the best thoroughbred stallion.
There was only one contender. A horse with a pedigree and track record second to none. The name of that horse is……… Bang! ….bullet enters left lobe…
……….sorry folks
…………they’ve silenced me……
September 11, 2010 at 11:39 #317032Here’s a conspiracy theory for you:
The recent attacks by Harry the Dog on the Pauls are a desperate attempt to garner sympathy for leaders with no redeeming features.
Picture it: Coward, Roy and Scotney realising people are cottoning on to their levy-plundering racket are in desperate need of public support. Obviously they can’t get this by pointing to their records in office, as they’ve all led racing into the abyss. Nor can they use their charisma in a public appeal for support, as they have no charisma.
No, the only thing that they could possibly garner would be the sympathy vote. Step forward some grubby insider-dealing mate of Culhane shouting in their faces how every punter thinks he’s wonderful, how he is the most honest person ever to walk the earth and how his life lays in ruins because of some minor punishment they dished out to him.
