He was on my shortlist bigG, good luck.
I’ve gone for Ruaille Buaille at 9s who should like the ground. She has an alarming habit of finding trouble but if Danny Mullins can keep her up and clear of ructions she has a chance.
I’ve also had a little tickle on Turnpike Trip based on old form. If his new stable is like his old one the price (50s) says he’s here to enjoy the scenery but hey ho.
6pl ew both.April 27, 2021 at 16:48 #1538173I’ve spent so long changing my mind here, I’ve just went with Tudor City at 150/1, and 100/1 ew 7plc
April 27, 2021 at 17:00 #1538175Not sure what Jody mcgarvey was doing on gentleman de mee then
Committed him sooner than Skelton did on third time lucki in the county
Though the starter did him no favours, didnt give him time to get into position before letting them go
Clearly has plenty of ability that horse, certainly got loads in hand but is still very green
Gotta be a 150+ horse in the future
April 27, 2021 at 17:01 #1538176I’m puzzled as to why when they’ve finally found Allaho,s ideal trip they then drop him further , he,s never won at 2 miles , I reckon chacun will have to much zip and I reckon nube negre will follow him home , can’t wait for the monkfish/envoi show down , I’ve played envoi here as I reckon monkfish has had a long enough season , over the GC trip I reckon monkfish would win though
April 27, 2021 at 17:04 #1538177FF91, I’d suggest the horse itself did the committing early.

Hindsight is 20/20 so make the most of it!April 27, 2021 at 17:06 #1538178They’ve already explained they want to try it, so that’s why…the owners aren’t in the game to just win a Ryanair every year.

Hindsight is 20/20 so make the most of it!April 27, 2021 at 17:08 #1538179WD DBR and FiftyP, and also Lemons and Spoon with your good ews. I was put off Whiskey Sour by the stable comments but he ran a cracker. Turnpike Trip enjoyed a nice view of the other horses’ backsides most of the way round. Prob pop up someday.
What happened at the start? (I only started watching at off time). Assume the bonkers GDM dumped Jody McGarvey off and went for a spin on his own. Did he kick Getaway Gorgeous?April 27, 2021 at 17:15 #1538181Well done DBR and 50p
April 27, 2021 at 17:15 #1538182He’s better left handed but just got to back the gorgeous Allaho and hope he can get out and go fast enough to make himself hard to pass, and I don’t believe he has great acceleration just a good jump and a beautiful long low stride for that killer cruising speed.
April 27, 2021 at 17:24 #1538183Jack he didnt quite stay 3 miles at chelt so it’s fair to say he could win plenty 3 mile races at a flatter track , it’s a strange move to go back down to 2 , just my opinion
April 27, 2021 at 17:25 #1538184Im hoping Allaho isnt a 2 miler.
April 27, 2021 at 17:30 #1538185Hope you enjoyed that one Ham
April 27, 2021 at 17:32 #1538186Just too much zip for Allaho , nice start to my accum , wonder if they,ll have another go at 2 , surely more likely now to go back up
April 27, 2021 at 17:34 #1538187That was a serious performance from chacun
Breathtaking
April 27, 2021 at 17:44 #1538189WD ham and HDLG, I think they’ll abandon the 2m experiment for Allaho- he doesn’t seem to have the revs for it. JNwine (right handed but not a tight track and usually not top quality) whilst Envoi goes 2nd season 2.5m chase, Lexus (missing John Durkan so more recovery time), IGC or Denman, Ryanair, Melling/Bowl?
April 27, 2021 at 17:45 #1538190Brilliant performance by CPS, and a fascinating race. Probably shows that CPS significantly under-performed at Cheltenham; horses aren’t machines. Thought Allaho was running on quite well at the finish
April 27, 2021 at 17:48 #1538191Adamantly Chosen ew for me in the next, think the younger Townend is really worth her claim.
