2.50 Deauville Sunday 2yo 6f
Named in memory of the founder of Deauville Racecourse
Burke v O’Brien v Meehan v Crisford
Most recent winners Blackbeard and Vandeek
The Raiders:-
Shareholder
Whistlejacket
Rashabar
Arabie
Arabian DuskWhich raider wins the spoils?
August 17, 2024 at 21:24 #1704862Im finding it hard to see why whistlejacket doesnt win, dont think the run behind babouche was a bad one, the only question mark is the quick turnaround, but at the price he is i dont really mind taking the chance, 7/2 seems
Overpriced imoDaylight e/w at 9/1 also is an attractive price
Really good looking race
August 17, 2024 at 23:30 #1704867Well my humble vote goes to Arabie only on the basis that his sprinting pedigree may be decisive
August 18, 2024 at 09:46 #1704881I’m going with Daylight, I liked her last run. She’s drawn on the wrong side to get the rail but I’m hoping for a bit of luck in running.
Mqse de Sevine is too short to back today, but I’m on her for the Arc so hope she gets the job done.
August 18, 2024 at 11:54 #1704887Easier to solve now!
Looks like Arabie and Rashabar are now non-runners presumably due to ground
August 18, 2024 at 14:29 #1704894Small stake RF on the Karl Burke two.
August 18, 2024 at 14:47 #1704895Gone for Whistlejacket to paint a picture
Shareholder might just dwell again at start and may not be able to burn him off early on slow groundFillies just possibly out of their depth
August 18, 2024 at 14:54 #1704897Well done Zilzal and Ham, I thought the run would come to soon for him.
August 18, 2024 at 16:27 #1704900Well done winners and the 9/2 available with RaceBets lasted almost until the off.
