I’m having a small win bet on Young Turk in that race, even though I think Robin should win. I was impressed last time.
Good luck
November 4, 2018 at 18:13 #1379705Hard luck on us both!! Glad to see they both got up, hope my lad’s neck and your boy’s back end are alright. Two decent horses as are the winner and Clara Sorrento. Improvement to be had all round..you could tell it was a novices’ chase. I still love RdF- think he just went to come up then changed his mind then changed it back. Just a novice mistake. Will keep following him. 3 miles might be better to give him time to think but perhaps they are aiming to sharpen his fencing with the 2.5.
November 4, 2018 at 23:39 #1379745They both came back, that’s the main thing.
Still haven’t seen it, but sounds as if Turk was held when he fell.

Not convinced Agrapart necessarily has to have soft ground.
2.10 Ain Agrapart
9-1 Paddy P 1 pt winNovember 17, 2018 at 11:16 #1380728-10.5
Just on West Approach for the BetVictor
1pt EW 16s
Wanted to add another but nothing jumped out at meDecember 2, 2018 at 11:44 #1387836-12.5
No bets for me yesterday (sulking, cos Up For Review didn’t run, and also working so didn’t see the racing)
But have a couple of bets for interest todayI was rather taken with Aramon
on his runs so far and have 1pt win on him at 5-1 for the Royal BondBlazer didn’t get harshly treated for his Galway 2nd. 20s in the handicap hurdle is worth an interest. Tombstone might be ticking over for something else but 33s was too tempting for him.
0.5 pt EW on bothDecember 2, 2018 at 13:51 #1387848Good luck with Blazer.
Wasn’t going to bother much today, but just cracked in The Drinmore. I’m definitely with Blazer.

Good job my bets are small
Just have 0.5pt win at 5-1 on Agrapart for the Long Walk and 2pts win at 9-4 on Stay Humble in 3.10 at Thurles today.January 24, 2019 at 13:37 #1393442-18
Ruby rarely gets on the wrong one and I like Coquin Mans but all the same, I’m going with Bapaume for the Galmoy.
1.50 Gowran Bapaume
15/2 b365 1pt EWJanuary 26, 2019 at 01:11 #1393691Great effort from Bapaume there, good shout, and no harm in getting done by Presenting Percy.
February 2, 2019 at 11:58 #1394805Great quality race to start the DRF…I like both CoF and Dunvegan and couldn’t choose so went with another I have a soft spot for
1.50 Leo Getareason 20-1 PP
1/5 odds but 4 places
0.5pt EWFebruary 11, 2019 at 21:36 #1397205Disappointed not to see Drovers Lane in The Reynoldstown. Really like your shout for him in RSA, but might hold off just now.
March 9, 2019 at 20:06 #1400429Two Mullins contenders for Naas tomorrow.
First my beloved Robin
Hope it doesn’t rain too much.1545 Robin des Foret 11/2 1pt EW
1650 Bellow Mome 20-1 1 pt EW.March 10, 2019 at 00:01 #1400443Fair old price for the pair of them Grass. I really like that Bellow Mome, smashing comeback at Gowran, and on another day I’d be with him.
I’ll be willing on Robin for you, hope he does the business.
March 10, 2019 at 13:18 #1400506I jolly hope he does the business too as Monatomic is a NR, leaving 4 horses in the race and disappearing my EW stake in a puff of smoke. That’ll teach me to back horses EW the night before in a 5 runner race! Annoyingly, the place half of the bet is lost even if he wins. I had always thought that there was one place (1st) in a 4 runner race but apparently not.
On the flipside, because there are only 4 runners and therefore no places, he has drifted to 8-1 so hurrah for BOG. He just has to win now….March 10, 2019 at 13:31 #1400511Correction: he has drifted to 9-1 and is the outsider of the field.
So I did the only sensible thing and stuck a fiver on
1545 Naas Robin des Foret 9-1 5pts win
Come on Robin!
March 10, 2019 at 16:29 #1400533Well that was grim. He gave himself a fair old wrench behind at the first and looked miserable thereafter. Hope he is OK.
