A good weekend of racing this side of the ditch. Dis Donc runs tomorrow but it’s a hotter race than the one he was scratched from so I will sit tight

Another NR so I’ve put the stake on Robin des Foret. Your lad might well do him over this distance VtC but he is one of my favourite horses so I have to back him…going the Rathvinden route it seems. I asked b365 to add him to the NH chase betting.

Good luck with him Grass, and I can see him going that route. Mind you, at this stage of the season, I fancy loads to go the NH Chase route. If Enable doesn’t win today, I’ll be offering it up as an option for her.

2 pts Sharjah 10/3 to burst Samcro’s bubble this afternoon.

Bedrock did the bubble bursting! Samcro the best looking of them though, gorgeous horse. Gordon Elliott nodded and said hello in passing to my wee daughter and me when he was following Samcro along the walkway from the parade ring onto the course and saw us watching from the side. He obviously had other things on his mind and was in a hurry to keep up with the horse so I thought that was pretty sound of him.

We saw Willie Mullins (who really does tip his hat to everyone!) and Ted Walsh (in the open top free grandstand with us plebs) as well.

Going back tomorrow though it’s gonna rain. At least I have my husband and sister coming too to help entertain the junior racegoer
