Eight weeks for Royale Pagaille to recover before Cheltenham. Plenty of time for Rich Ricci to get a haircut and buy a less garish suit, as well.

I know he’s too rich to care, but what the f*** was that look meant to be? 😂

Always admire a big weight carrying performance – very hard to see where to place him as short of it being a Master Oats Gold Cup ground wise I just don’t see him being good enough especially given his very little margin for error jumping technique which lends itself to deep ground races run at a slower pace.

I wonder whether he would have the stamina for a Welsh National as the ground is almost certain to suit him but it might be a big ask with the likely top weight he would no doubt have to carry.

Some badly needed points in Bobby’s TTF Compy. That was some
performance carrying that weight against some well handicapped
horses. I hope he has a go at the Gold Cup. Well done all who
    backed him :good:

Unless it turned up really soft (almost heavy) he’d be no good going for the Gold Cup. So, why not send him to France, decent prize money, and ground.

Is it just me or does Remastered not strike you as an out and out stayer? I’m a bit annoyed at myself as I backed him despite a similar thing happening to him last time at Haydock which I just put down to him giving lumps to the winner but no such excuses today on slightly better ground. He won the Reynoldstown last year on heavy but perhaps he actually wants nicer ground, he tanked on it in the Ladbrokes Trophy before falling  maybe this is just as good as he is?

    WD Vtc and CorkAllstar!

Maybe skip Cheltenham and focus on Aintree for RP?
