Pausing your suscription to RTV

I paused my RTV subscription last week and received the confirmatory email, but my account has been debited as normal today.

Not impressed; I’ll give them a call tomorrow.

I actually rang to cancel my subscription just after Cheltenham (when it became obvious Aintree was going to be off). Told it was all done yet they have still taken my money and not put up the paywall so have now filled out the Pause form. Might ring them later this week once work settled down.

I spoke to RTV today about the resumption of racing and they said that my payment will be taken as normal next month.

Thanks – I was wondering if I needed to do anything to reactivate the subscription. Sky Sports advised it would be done automatically but nothing from RTV. There is nothing about it in the app.

You’d expect them to have emailed everyone as soon as the go-ahead was given for racing to resume.

Just received an email from RTV confirming that subscriptions will automatically restart and billed on the usual date.
