ing up the wall contest is pointless. You are entitled to your opinion and vice vesa.I had no idea of Zepplin’s chart positions in a "rock album"category. Weller’s latest album "As is now" is currently 38 in the Radio 1 generic Album charts. Who cares who has sold the most albums. The man is prolific over three decades in Rock/soul and I do think Stanley Road will still be considered by many to be a classic in 20 years time. That is why he got the award. If no one else liked it that really would not bother me.
Yep! Good stuff. But a quick look at the Radio 1 Album charts only mentions Zeppelin (twice 26 & 29th)  in the specialist rock category. Not listed in the general.<br> http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio1/chart/albums.shtml
Daniel O’Donnell seems to be doing well though. Puts it all in perspective me thinks. Didn’t he use to post on here?
